At Karhu, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original shoe box or apparel packaging and affix the return label to the outside of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
